About this policy
This policy explains how the Cardimo app handles information and how this website operates. It applies to the current version of Cardimo and to the pages under startcustomgame.top/cardimo/.
Cardimo is designed for local card record keeping. We do not operate an account system or a cloud database for your card records.
Information stored on your device
The app stores the information you choose to enter, including card names, card numbers, custom field labels and values, and notes. It also stores card colors, ordering, record identifiers, and creation or update times so that your cards can be displayed and managed.
App preferences, such as whether app lock is enabled, and local timestamps used to decide when to require authentication, are also stored on your device.
This information is not automatically sent to the Cardimo developer or to a Cardimo server. You do not need to provide a name, email address, or account to use the app.
Device authentication and protection
App lock is optional. When enabled, Cardimo uses Apple's system authentication to verify access with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode, depending on your device and its settings.
Apple's operating system handles the authentication. Cardimo receives the result; it does not receive or store your face data, fingerprint data, or device passcode.
The card database uses iOS file protection. Protection also depends on your device's security settings and the way you use and share your information.
Permissions
Face ID permission is requested when needed for the optional app lock. You can change permissions through your device's Settings.
Adding and managing cards manually does not require camera access. If camera-based card-number recognition is used where available, permission is requested by iOS and recognition runs on the device. Camera images are not uploaded to the Cardimo developer.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Your card records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. You can edit or delete an individual card, or use Settings > Erase All Data to remove all card records from Cardimo.
Card records are excluded from system backups, and Cardimo provides no cloud synchronization or cloud recovery. Deleting the app, erasing the device, or losing the device means those card records cannot be recovered through Cardimo.
This exclusion applies to the card database. System handling of other app preferences is controlled by iOS. Information you have already shared or pasted elsewhere must be managed with the recipient or service concerned.
Advertising and analytics
The Cardimo app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not collect app usage events or card contents for advertising, profiling, or sale.
Apple may handle App Store transactions, downloads, or platform diagnostics under its own settings and privacy policies. Those platform services are separate from Cardimo's local card storage.
Visiting this website
This website serves static information about Cardimo. It does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, cookies, contact forms, or browser storage. Its fonts, styles, and images do not require third-party content services.
To deliver pages and troubleshoot the service, the hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, which may include your IP address, requested page, request time, response status, and browser information. The web server keeps standard access and error logs. These logs are rotated automatically, with up to 14 rotated log files retained.
Visiting the website does not send your card records to the server. Please do not place card numbers, passcodes, or other private information in website URLs.
Your choices
You control the card information stored in the app. You can change or delete it in Cardimo, disable app lock in the app's Settings, and manage system permissions in your device's Settings.
Because the Cardimo developer does not hold a server copy of your card records, we cannot retrieve, correct, or restore those records for you. Changes to your local records must be made on your device.
Policy updates and help
If Cardimo's information practices change, this page will be updated and its date revised. The current policy was last updated on October 10, 2026.
